How to Root Micromax Canvas Hd.

Micromax India is a fast growing company of Smartphones and Tablets . It is no more a cheap manufacturer of dual sim phones, rather emerged as a tough competitor of Nokia, Samsung and other companies.
Micromax Canvas Hd A116 smartphone is one of the most popular phone in the market.

It is equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor coupled up with a PowerVR SGX5 GPU, and 1GB of RAM making it a powerhouse of specifications. Today we are going to tell you how to Root your Micromax Canvas Hd. Don't know what is rooting? Check this out..

Pre-requisite :
1. Remember Rooting Voids your warranty, so think twice before you Root or Root after your warranty period is over.

2. Backup all your data (contact, sms, apps) as all will be deleted. You can use, Super Backup or similar apps for this.

3. Make sure all drivers are installed properly.

4. Your phone should be charged at least 60%, or else if the battery ran out you may face a big problem.

5. Enable USB debugging on your device.
Setting>>Developer Option>>USB Debugging>>OK

If all the above things are done...then let's start with the tutorial.
1.  Download the Rooting Tool Here, and extract it on your computer using WinRar or similar application.
2. Now, connect your device with your Computer using a USB cable.
3. Open the extracted folder and run the "RunMe.bat" file.
4. This will open the Command Prompt.
5. Type '1' from your keyboard and it Enter.
6. Just Follow the On-screen instruction and this will start your Rooting process.
7. Bin4ry will copy some files to your device and your device will Reboot.
8. Your device may reboot several times, and may take time to start as it is your first boot. Don't interfere or unplug the device during this process as it will brick your device.

9. When your phone is finally turned-on check for SUPERUSER application in the App-drawer.

10. If you found the SU app, that means, you have..Successfully Rooted Your Micromax Canvas HD A116.
Now you can Run the Root req. Apps on your phone and also flash Custom Roms. (Don't worry. we'll   soon post an article on How to flash Roms)
If you are unhappy with your Rooted device, then you can anytime unroot it. :)
